This decision was taken after an accident caused by a person who illegally went to America from India. The name Harjinder Singh living in the US has been alleged that three people lost their lives due to him.

The US Foreign Minister Marco Rubio said a post on X, “The increasing number of foreign drivers driving large tractor-trailer trucks on American roads is endangering the livelihood of American truck drivers. We are prohibiting issuing workers visas for commercial truck drivers with immediate effect”

Indian driver accused of murder

It is being told that Indian driver Harjinder Singh, who is driving a truck on a highway in Florida, took a U-turn from the wrong place, due to which a car became an accident. Three people died in this accident and Harjinder has been accused of murder.

According to US federal officials, Harjinder Singh is from India. He allegedly entered the US illegally via Mexico. The Trump administration passed an order in April 2025 under which the commercial truck drivers were directed to implement a long -standing requirement to meet the English standards. It is being said by the Trump administration that Harjinder Singh is not able to complete the instructions of English Bole.
