United Airlines engine messed up in the sky, emergency landing of flight returned to Washington
On July 25, a serious accident occurred in the air after a severe fault in the engine of the Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft of United Airlines. According to media reports, United flight UA108 was going from Washington Dalece Airport to Munich, when the left engine of the aircraft malfunctioned during the takeoff. In this emergency, the crew immediately released the “Madaiya” crisis call. The aircraft was at an altitude of 5,000 feet when its engine failed. According to flight -ware data, the aircraft remained in the air for 2 hours 38 minutes and flew into a holding pattern to fill safe fuel in the northwest of Washington. The aircraft then landed back to the Washington Dalce Airport.

The pilots requested air traffic controllers (ATC) to leave fuel to control the weight of the aircraft and ensure safe landing. According to media reports, the pilots safely left fuel and the aircraft was safely directed using the Instrument Landing System (ILS). Even after landing, the aircraft remained on the ground and was later removed from the runway. There were no casualties in this incident.
Earlier, an indigo aircraft going from Tirupati to Hyderabad kept hovering in the sky for more than 40 minutes due to technical fault. After this, the aircraft had to make an emergency landing at Tirupati Airport.

Indigo’s Airbus A321Neo flew from Tirupati at 7:42 pm on Sunday evening. According to the flight tracking website flightradar24, the aircraft reached the border of Venkatnagari after circling the sky for about 40 minutes and then took a U-turn. Eventually the aircraft made a safe emergency landing at Tirupati Airport at 8:34 pm.
