The names of ministers have been decided in the interim government of Nepal! Learn who will be included in Sushila Karki’s team?

There is a big change in Nepal’s politics. The formation of the interim government under the leadership of Prime Minister Sushila Karki is moving fast. According to sources in Rashtrapati Bhavan Sheetal Niwas, the names of four important ministries have been fixed. Preparations are being made to make Omprakash Aral a Home Minister, Rameshwar Khanal as Finance Minister, Kulman Ghising as Energy Minister and Balanand Sharma as Defense Minister. The remaining posts will be discussed later.

Sources said that the swearing -in ceremony can take place today (September 15). With this, Nepal’s long -standing political instability is expected to end. At the same time, former cricket captain Paras Khadka is likely to be made the Minister of Youth and Sports and Industrialist Aseem Man Singh Basnet as Physical Infrastructure and Traffic Minister. Significantly, Sushila Karki was sworn in as Prime Minister on 12 September. Prior to him, PM KP Sharma Oli had to resign under pressure from anti -corruption protests. President Ramchandra Paudel dissolved Parliament, assuming the demand of GEN-Z protesters and announced to hold elections by March 2026.
