Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed the relationship between Russia-India (India)-China (RIC) on Friday (September 5, 2025). He said that later the bear of Russia was also added to it.

The RIC proposed by Russia in 1998 aims to promote cooperation between the three major powers on global issues, with it to strengthen non-western alliances like BRICS.
