According to the Auditor General’s office report, the consumption of locally produced beer in Nepal has increased by 38.31% compared to last year. The income of alcohol has been seen to be a year-on-year bounce of 26.64%. In the first half of this financial year, this income has reached 15.36 billion Napli rupees. At the same time, there was a slight increase in tobacco income, which increased from 12.92 billion to 13.79 billion rupees.
