‘Peter Navarro was trying to fight Trump and PM Modi’, former NSA John Bolton’s big statement
Former US National Security Advisor (NSA) John Bolton has made a big statement on Thursday (September 11, 2025) about Peter Navarro, business advisor of US President Donald Trump. Bolton said that Peter Navarro once tried to fight between Donald Trump and Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He said that this is just a side show that can be ignored, while those who have a real conversation about business talks between the two countries are sitting and discussing it.
He said, ‘India can stay away from threats and this noise on social media and can simply pay attention to their work that it is possible to have a compromise between India and America.’
Both sides will have to have good intentions- Bolton
Former American NSA John Bolton said, “I am not saying that these issues will be easy and will be resolved soon, but I think if you want to work on these issues, then both sides will have to have good intentions for each other.”
Bolton told NDTV about Navaro, “If you leave Peter alone in one room and return after one hour, you will find that he is arguing himself.” This trade advisor of President Trump had taken an aggressive stand on the purchase of crude oil from Russia in New Delhi and even said this blood money.
Bolton said, “He had addressed India as Tariff Maharaja and threatened that if India did not compromise in trade conversation with America at any level, it would not be good for New Delhi.”
What did Navaro try to confront between Trump and Modi,
When Bolton was asked about the attempt to confront the confrontation between President Trump and PM Modi on behalf of Navaro, he said, ‘This was a meeting where I expected that the two leaders would talk on strategic issues like dealing with China and facing other big threats, which we will have to fight in this century. But Peter only wanted to talk about how wrong he tries to do Indian business. He said, ‘Look, I have seen people associated with business doing this. There are always complaints in business issues. This is the nature of this subject.
